You still owe money on it
About a third of what we buy has a lien. We pull the 10-day payoff from your lender, pay them directly, and hand you the difference. If you're upside down, you cover the gap and we handle every piece of the lien release and title transfer.
You're at lease end with equity
Dealers count on you not doing the math. If your buyout price is below market, that gap is your money — not theirs. We'll calculate it with you, buy the car at the residual, and cut you a check for the difference.
You can't find the title
Extremely common, and completely solvable. We prepare the Florida duplicate title application (HSMV 82101), you sign it, and we handle the rest. It adds a few days to the timeline and nothing to your cost.
It was inherited or is part of an estate

How much can I actually get for my car?
It depends on year, mileage, condition and title status — but the honest answer is that we typically land 8–15% above the big instant-offer sites because we buy for our own South Florida inventory instead of routing your car through a national auction that takes a cut. Fill out the 90-second form and a buyer will give you a real number, not a teaser.
Do you really pay more than CarMax or Carvana?
On most vehicles, yes — and we put it in writing. Bring us a written offer from CarMax, Carvana, Vroom or a franchise dealer that's less than 7 days old and still valid, and we'll beat it. If we genuinely can't, we hand you $200 for wasting your time. That guarantee is why we ask you to shop us.
What if I still owe money on the car?
That's about a third of what we buy. We contact your lender, get the 10-day payoff amount, and pay them directly. If the car is worth more than you owe, you get the difference on the spot. If you're upside down, you cover the gap and we still handle the entire lien release and title transfer.
Will you buy a car that doesn't run?
Yes. Blown engines, transmission failures, flood damage, accident damage, salvage and rebuilt titles — we buy all of it, and pickup is still free. Non-running cars are priced on parts and auction value rather than retail, so expect a lower number, but it's a real number and we won't back out when we see it.
How fast can this happen?
Most South Florida sellers go from form to cash in under 24 hours. Submit before 2pm on a weekday and same-day pickup is usually available across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The inspection itself takes about 15 minutes.
What do I need to have ready?
Your Florida title (or your lender's information if it's financed), a photo ID matching the name on the title, all keys and remotes, and the current registration. If the title is lost, we handle the Florida duplicate title application for you — it adds a few days but doesn't reduce your offer.
Is the online estimate the final price?
No, and any company that tells you otherwise is setting up a lowball at pickup. The range you see online is calculated from what you tell us. The firm offer comes from a buyer after a free 15-minute inspection confirms the car matches the description. If it does, the number doesn't move — that's the whole point.
How do I get paid?
Certified bank check, instant Zelle, or same-day wire — your choice, handed over before the vehicle is loaded. We never take possession of a car on a promise to pay later, and we don't do 'the check is in the mail.'
