The process
The used-car business earned its reputation honestly. Here is every step of ours, including how we arrive at the number and what would actually cause it to change — written down, before you give us a phone number.
How it works
Most sellers go from form to cash in under 24 hours. The parts that usually go wrong — the surprise re-quote at pickup, the tow fee, the 'we'll mail the check' — simply don't happen here.

02Within the hourNot an algorithm. A person who prices South Florida cars every day looks at live auction comps and your specifics, then calls you with a firm figure and explains how they got there.
0315 minutesDriveway, office garage, condo lot — we come to you anywhere from Homestead to Jupiter. If the car matches what you told us, the price does not move. That's the entire promise.
04Same visitCertified check, instant Zelle or same-day wire, in your hand before the car is loaded. We file the title transfer and handle the lien release if there's a loan.
How we price it
It isn't goodwill. It's four structural advantages that let us pay more for the same car and still make a living.
We price against what cars like yours actually sold for at Manheim and ADESA in Florida over the last 14 days. Book values lag the market by weeks; auction data doesn't.
A convertible is worth more here than in Ohio. A truck is worth more in Hialeah than in Aventura. National pricing tools average that away — we don't.
We have our own detail and light mechanical shop. Work that a national buyer marks down $1,500 for often costs us $400, and you keep the difference.
Lead-gen sites sell your information to a dealer who then has to make their own margin. We're the end buyer, so there's only one margin in the deal.

The inspection
This is the step people dread, because it's where other buyers invent reasons to drop the price. Here's the entire checklist — if these match what you told us, the number is the number.
If something doesn't match — say the car has frame damage that wasn't disclosed — we'll show you what we found and re-quote transparently. You're free to decline and we leave. No fee, no pressure, no tow bill.

The honest comparison
We'd rather show you the whole picture than pretend there's no trade-off. If you have eight weeks and enjoy negotiating with strangers, selling privately can net you more. If you don't, here's what the alternatives actually cost you.
| We Pay More | Instant-offer sites | Trade-in at a dealer | Selling it yourself | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What you actually get | Highest — we buy for our own lot | Auction price minus their margin | Lowest — it's leverage on a new car | Highest on paper, if it sells |
| Time from start to cash | Under 24 hours | 2–7 days | Same day, if you're buying | 3–8 weeks |
| Price holds at pickup | Guaranteed if described accurately | Frequently re-quoted lower | Re-appraised on the spot | Every buyer negotiates |
| Financed or leased car | We pay the lender directly | Sometimes, with delays | Yes, rolled into the new loan | Nearly impossible privately |
| Damaged or non-running | Bought, free flatbed | Usually declined | Declined | Tire-kickers only |
| Strangers at your home | One licensed buyer, by appointment | Third-party carrier | None | Dozens of no-shows |
| Fees taken out | Zero | Transport and doc fees | Doc fees | Listing and payment fees |
Already have a written offer? Good — that's the easiest conversation we have. Send it over and we'll beat it or pay you $200 for the trouble.

Questions
It depends on year, mileage, condition and title status — but the honest answer is that we typically land 8–15% above the big instant-offer sites because we buy for our own South Florida inventory instead of routing your car through a national auction that takes a cut. Fill out the 90-second form and a buyer will give you a real number, not a teaser.
On most vehicles, yes — and we put it in writing. Bring us a written offer from CarMax, Carvana, Vroom or a franchise dealer that's less than 7 days old and still valid, and we'll beat it. If we genuinely can't, we hand you $200 for wasting your time. That guarantee is why we ask you to shop us.
That's about a third of what we buy. We contact your lender, get the 10-day payoff amount, and pay them directly. If the car is worth more than you owe, you get the difference on the spot. If you're upside down, you cover the gap and we still handle the entire lien release and title transfer.
Yes. Blown engines, transmission failures, flood damage, accident damage, salvage and rebuilt titles — we buy all of it, and pickup is still free. Non-running cars are priced on parts and auction value rather than retail, so expect a lower number, but it's a real number and we won't back out when we see it.
Most South Florida sellers go from form to cash in under 24 hours. Submit before 2pm on a weekday and same-day pickup is usually available across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The inspection itself takes about 15 minutes.
Your Florida title (or your lender's information if it's financed), a photo ID matching the name on the title, all keys and remotes, and the current registration. If the title is lost, we handle the Florida duplicate title application for you — it adds a few days but doesn't reduce your offer.
No, and any company that tells you otherwise is setting up a lowball at pickup. The range you see online is calculated from what you tell us. The firm offer comes from a buyer after a free 15-minute inspection confirms the car matches the description. If it does, the number doesn't move — that's the whole point.
Certified bank check, instant Zelle, or same-day wire — your choice, handed over before the vehicle is loaded. We never take possession of a car on a promise to pay later, and we don't do 'the check is in the mail.'
