We verify the offer with the issuer and inspect the car in person before settling either way, so it has to be the real document for the real car — the full conditions are in Terms §4. Appraisals from other dealers are still worth sending: we price against them, they just do not back the $200.

That's about a third of what we buy. We contact your lender, get the 10-day payoff amount, and pay them directly. If the car is worth more than you owe, you get the difference on the spot. If you're upside down, you cover the gap and we still handle the entire lien release and title transfer.
