Most Aventura pickups happen the same day when you submit before 2pm on a weekday, and next morning otherwise. We work with tower management along Country Club Drive and Biscayne Boulevard, including remote sales while you're out of state.

It depends on year, mileage, condition and title status — but the honest answer is that we typically land 8–15% above the big instant-offer sites because we buy for our own South Florida inventory instead of routing your car through a national auction that takes a cut. Fill out the 90-second form and a buyer will give you a real number, not a teaser.

On most vehicles, yes — and we put it in writing. Bring us a written offer issued to you by CarMax or Carvana that is less than 7 days old and still unexpired, for the same VIN at the same mileage, and we will beat it by at least $100 or hand you $200 for wasting your time. We verify the offer with the issuer and inspect the car in person before settling either way, so it has to be the real document for the real car — the full conditions are in Terms §4. Appraisals from other dealers are still worth sending: we price against them, they just do not back the $200.

That's about a third of what we buy. We contact your lender, get the 10-day payoff amount, and pay them directly. If the car is worth more than you owe, you get the difference on the spot. If you're upside down, you cover the gap and we still handle the entire lien release and title transfer.

Yes. Blown engines, transmission failures, flood damage, accident damage, salvage and rebuilt titles — we buy all of it, and pickup is still free. Non-running cars are priced on parts and auction value rather than retail, so expect a lower number, but it's a real number and we won't back out when we see it.
