1. What this site is
wepaymoreforcars.com is operated by We Pay More For Cars LLC, a licensed Florida vehicle purchaser. We buy vehicles for our own account. We are not a dealer acting as your agent, not a broker, not a lender, and not an auction. Using this site means you accept these terms.
2. Estimates are not offers
Any price range shown on this website is a preliminary estimate generated from information you supply. It is not an offer to purchase, not a guarantee, and creates no obligation on either side. A binding offer is made only by an authorized buyer, in writing or verbally confirmed, after a physical inspection and title verification.
3. Offer validity
A firm offer is valid for 7 days or 250 additional miles from the inspection date, whichever comes first. We may revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition, mileage, title status or equipment differs materially from what you described, if undisclosed damage is found, or if a title or lien problem prevents a lawful transfer.
4. Beat-any-offer guarantee
We will beat a competing written offer, or pay you $200, subject to all of the following: the competing offer is written, dated within 7 days, from a licensed vehicle purchaser or franchise dealer operating in Florida; it is for the identical vehicle by VIN, at the same mileage and condition; it is currently valid and unconditional; you provide it before we issue our offer; and the vehicle passes our inspection with no undisclosed issues. Limit one payout per household per 12 months. Trade-in credits, promotional bonuses and offers conditioned on a purchase do not qualify.
5. Your representations as seller
You represent that you are the legal owner or authorized to sell the vehicle, that you have disclosed all known material defects, salvage or flood history and outstanding liens, that the odometer reading is accurate to your knowledge, and that the vehicle is not stolen and carries no undisclosed encumbrance. You agree to deliver clear title and to sign the documents Florida law requires to transfer ownership.
6. Payment and title
Payment is made by certified check, electronic transfer or wire at the time of pickup, before the vehicle is loaded. We complete the Florida title transfer and, where applicable, remit the lien payoff directly to your lender. You remain responsible for removing your license plate, cancelling your insurance and any tolls, tickets or citations incurred before transfer.
7. Communications consent
By submitting a quote request with the consent box ticked, you agree we may contact you by phone, SMS and email, including through automated technology, regarding your vehicle. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
8. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, someone else's contact details, or requests for vehicles you have no right to sell. Don't scrape, probe or overload the site, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, decline to make an offer, or block access at our discretion.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that estimates, availability or content will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to $100, except that nothing here limits liability for a completed vehicle purchase agreement, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time you submit a request governs that request. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
